When did the institute a 24 hr ban after leaving an alliance to being able to come back to it?

    Did you have the commander kick you? 24 hour ban if kicked, 15 minute ban if you left yourself.

    They adding the waiting period to block an exploit where people where exiting and rejoining their Alliance to beef up Alliance points in events.
