Consensus for The Hunt

What teams are people running for The Hunt? My Hulk and Punisher are only in the 50s so I lack any good boost damage from their bonuses. Back to Thor/Wolvie combo now that my max Rag is useless?

    I, as a moderately new player, am running low-level Cap and Hulk, and am quite pleased with their boosted numbers. Of course, I won't be able to do any of the harder missions, but I'm happy with what I've got.
    And then third is either obligatory ModHawk or someone with a high level (Thor, Classic Storm, etc.)

    Without OBW I wouldn't have been able to get the level 240 Alaska fight done. Whenever she goes down, I fail. Other slots were Hulk (50-ish) and IM40. Kept the enemy team starved for AP and had tons to play with myself.

    Black widow original level 73 and captian america because he has 9000 health when buffed and his red does way more damage. I only have 2 more to go in Alaska but I dont have invisble wonan and I lost trying to go against the level 240's .

    Maybe i should use Hulk with widow instead or wolverine.

    My Punisher is 100 and Hulk is 115, so I let 75 Spiderman fill my last slot. Went in unboosted, came out with full health. Do you have a Spiderman? I feel like you couple get away with lower level guys considering how unthreatened.I was. I did get lucky with plenty of blue on the board, though

    I went in with 50 hulk, 141 spidey and 50 hood.

    The enemy got nothing, but it took forever.

    I have a lvl 100 spidey but the mid level hulk and punisher I have are hurting me. I also have 101 lvl mags I swap in and out but I he gets creamed pretty quick. I should have clarified in my first post that I'm more speaking about the lvl 240 missions then anything. With rags it was easy, not so much anymore. I don't mind trying out a new team, hence why I was wondering what the community was using.

    I have easily cleared with 141 hulk/spidey/punisher. The 240 took a little bit, but with a few punisher attack tiles, and Spidey to keep them locked down, it's pretty much a cakewalk.

    5 red punisher = 5800 health you can execute.

    I guess I'm the only one who likes M-Hawkeye for this. He hides really well behind Hulk and IM40, and pumps out some pretty silly damage. On the harder fights I do have to use OBW instead of IM40.

    He still has the problem of putting his power right in the path of a 4-way, or in one of the only 3 spots it can be matched. Just being able to choose the red/blue tile it's put on would make him infinitely more useful

    Thor and Cap. America, I have cleared almost all of the missions except for the obvious 240 one since my levels are 50 and 40 respectively.

    I have to agree; I pumped him to L85 - because I'd been saving up to level a puffed character next PvE event & he should be getting buffed soon (I cannot imagine they would make him weaker) - but he doesn't hasn't really brought much to the team because he is just so difficult to land any attacks with. icon_neutral.gif

    At least he's (probably) an investment for the future, and his red arrow is fun when it does land (though for some reason it barely gained any damage from L15 > 85). icon_e_biggrin.gif

    modern hawkeye is good in the event when ragnarock is out of the fight, else his tiles will mostly be destroyed, when using him I usually tries to clear a bit the board (blue wise) and launch 2 arrow in a turn, except unlucky cascading, usually one survives and stun (+3K damage at level 60)

    I've been using 53 Hulk 53 Punisher and 52 Spidey with all 3 covers. The matches take a little while, but with Spideys lock down I haven't had any issues. I just wish I didn't sell that IW cover I pulled last week.

    I am using a 52 Wolverine, a 46 Modern Hawkeye, and a 40 Original Black Widow (or the mandatory hulk/captain america/iron man).

    My plan is to collect 10 red, enough for Hawkeye's explosive shot, then start using all the green to add 2 strike tiles for each 3 green i have. After that, i look if there are any bad places that Hawk's Explosive Shot could land, match myself those bad spots, then shoot it.

    Since Hawkeye is so buffed up, and i have some strike tiles ,his Explosive Shot hits like a truck. I've been able to do every mission available besides the ones with specific character requirements (like Punisher). It seems a bit unfair that for reaching a high enough rank to get some Punisher covers, i need to do the missions that ask me having Punisher in the first place icon_e_biggrin.gif .

    The level 130 fight was a bit difficult, and i've found using boosts there mandatory.
