For some reason the 240 Ragnarok still just pounded my face like I stole something, I thought he was supposed to be neutered and useless now?

    Oh no. He can still hurt. It's just not a spammable hurt now, and makes him a more manageable enemy to deal with. The prologue rag is a good example to try facing off against. Less spammability, still has the potential to keep the hurt on.

    Ares beat me up pretty bad before ragnok could. I didnt take the time to read his powers and stuff.

    rather it be lvl 240 rag then lvl 240 thor. which is the comparison most people have been making. And ares or rag or thor or any real dmg dealer will wreck things at that lvl aka go into the fight stealing all their AP.

    The prologue Raganrok has the same level of abilities (5r 5g) as the level 240 one. Consider you don't get boosted characters against him, it's really not that different to fight him in prologue versus the level 240 version.

    Thor doesn't combo nearly as well as Rangarok does even nerfed. It takes more than one Myolinar to combo into a Thunder Strike, which doesn't combo into anything else. Godlike Power can combo back to Thunderclap or even itself. I notice people seem to just completely miss the point that Ragnarok generates green tiles, which is one of the strongest color in the game, while Myolinar generates yellow, which is at best an average color. Yes Thunder Strike generates green but you're not going to make a beeline to yellow just for those 5 green tiles, since that'd mean giving up the red and that'd usually get you killed.

    Seriously? Thor's red combos into his yellow, which combos into his green. All of which do more damage than rag, for a significantly lower ISO investment

    I think Thor walks all over Rag now, no contest. Used them both, tins more damage from Thor now than Rags
