X Mansion Rewards Issue

We are aware of an issue in the final mission of the X Mansion sub-event. The issue makes that mission unbeatable. After you complete it, it starts over.

Retreating in a subsequent attempt after you complete the mission may or may not provide the rewards for that mission.

We are working to address the issue and will provide details as soon as possible.


UPDATE: For those of you in an offset where this sub is still present, it may be possible to bypass the repeating mission and receive your rewards by doing the following...

1) Beat the final mission in X Mansion.
2) When it restarts, retreat from this mission. You should receive the points for the mission.
3) To receive the token, enter the Roster screen and exit it. You should receive the token.

We know this is stop-gap solution at best and we are continuing to work on further details.

UPDATE 1:30PM Pacific: Happy holidays and thanks for your patience! The team was able to identify and address the issue and a patch is live. All rewards for that sub-event should have been received and the event should now end correctly for those in an offset that still has the event available.
