Alliance for Semi-Retired Players

If you're like me, someone who played MPQ religiously for a long time, built up a great roster,then got burned out on the daily grind of having to play when you really didn't want to and then quit your alliance and maybe even the game for awhile but then realized you still liked playing on your own schedule but miss getting the extra awards an alliance provides but don't want to get back into that grind then I've got an alliance for you!(Was that a run-on sentence?)
I've just created AARP AVENGERS for players like me in that situation. No pressure, I just ask that you have a good, competitive roster, still play on a semi regular basis, and that you take it upon yourself to quit the alliance if you do decide to stop playing either for good or for over a few weeks time.
Hopefully we'll get a good group of players that will allow us to get that extra ISO and occasional HP and cover.

Or, if you're tired of the never ending grinding and cutthroat alliances that kick you for taking a day off and do classless things like trying to poach players from other alliances by posting on their recruiting page and in their in game chat, join AARP AVENGERS.

Please ignore the troll in the thread, my apologies to those who've come here for info on the alliance that now have to dig through this guys rants.

We're up to ELEVEN members as of this writing. I've kept the Alliance public since I want it to be easy for us semi retired players to come and go as you please and because as a semi retired player myself I won't always be there to let people in. Doing so though has meant some new players who have seen us in game and not here have joined. I've told them in game of the rules and am letting them stay until we get closer to being full. But if we do fill up and that happens while I'm away just pm me here and I'll start cutting the new guys and make room for players who fit AARP AVENGERS m.o.

UPDATE: I've had to change us to Private because we filled up with new players who only found us in game. If you fit what we're looking for either join the queue in game or pm me here and I'll make a spot for you. The new players know that they're just there until/if someone fitting our M.O. comes along.

We're sitting around 150th with 19 members, half new players and half semi-retired veterans, so if interested and a veteran player either join in game or pm me. The new players know that they're there until the spot is needed by someone who fits AARP's MO so even if full let me know. It's looking like we could be a pretty competitive Alliance, even playing pretty casually.

Also forgot to mention that I'm a 2* player with 4 or 5 maxed 94s, making the transition climb. I tend to score 450+ in pvp events, but not more than a little over 500.

I just signed up. My in game name is "Hime." Basically I was a full-time player before burning out. I really want to part of an active alliance in which everyone participates but not to the point of killing yourself. I'm in the 3* part of the game.

AARP AVENGERS has two spots open. We are a no-pressure alliance of active players, many long time vets, that still play mostly every day but have gotten tired of the constant grind involved in being in a top alliance but still wanted to be in an alliance for the perks, TUs, extra ISO, HP, and the occasional cover. If you're an active player you're welcome to sign up. We only ask that you're able to police yourself, inform me in game when you're going to be away for more than a day or three at a time, you don't take multiple days off all the time, and remove yourself if you decide you're not going to be playing for an extended period of time.
