Main Event Node #1

Wolverine: Wolverine to Fury. I'm in position.
Fury: Hold up. Something's not right.
Wolverine: I'm all dressed up and ready to party. Don't leave me hanging.
Fury: Huh. We had readings that there was stolen S.H.I.E.L.D. equipment at your locale, but I'm not getting those readings anymore.
Wolverine: Yeah. this place is a ghost town.
???: Not quite.
Wolverine: Fury! Some joker just busted in with a whole battalion of Hand ninja backing him up.
Fury: Fire support is en route, Wolverine. Hang tight.
???: The party's just getting started, Logan. And you're the guest of honor.

S.H.I.E.L.D. Base (Sub #1)
Node #1:

Wolverine: Yeeaaarrgh!
Fury: Wolverine, status.
Fury: Wolverine, report! Sunuvah...
Fury: Fury to Avengers. Rendezvous at base, team. Wolverine's MIA.

One month later...

Fury: We've found Wolverine in South America. The situation is not good. He's burned to a crisp and someone gave him a hell of a beating.
Fury: We're holding him in medical lockdown until he heals up and can talk.
Cap: Any leads on what happened to him?
Fury: We know the Hand was inovlved. That's it so far. We've brought in Elektra for a little inside Hand intel.
Elektra: I'll do what I can, but ---
Fury: What was that?
SHIELD Solider: Director! Wolverine woke up and his protective detail let him out! He's --no! No!
Fury: Cap, get in there and find out what's going on!
Elektra: You've been infiltrated, Fury. The agents with Wolverine work for the Hand.
Fury: You sure about that?
Elektra: I recognize their tactics no matter what uniform they're wearing.
Cap: She's right. And we'd better be ready. If Logan's in some kind of berserker rage, they'll use him as cover to come after us again.

Node #2: One of Them

Fury: There he is. But he's surrounded by the Hand. They won't make it easy.
Cap: Why isn't he attacking them?
Iron Man: Hard to tell. Could be he's got some kind of brain injury from tangling with Gorgon. He's never been an easy guy to predict.
BW: Logan. It's us. Your friends. We're here to help.
Wolverine: You think I need help from you? All I see is targets.
Elektra: Let me put it another way. You're coming with us. We're not asking.

Battle

Iron Man: That didn't seem like a berserker rage to me. Logan looked as cool and collected as I've ever seen him.
Elektra: He was. The Hand let us find him, and I think I know why.
Iron Man: Why do I feel like I'm not going to like the reason?
Elektra: The Hand's brainwashed Wolverine. He's one of them now.

Node #3: Protect Your Neck

Wolverine: The Might Avengers. Look at you. All too scared of the big bad Wolverine to make a move.
Fury: You're not leaving this base, Wolverine. That's not negotiable.
Wolverine: How about this for a negotiation: try and stop me.

Fury: This is bad. Real bad.
Iron Man: Nick, you sound a little funny. Almost like you're...what's the word? Afraid.
Fury: I'd be stupid if I wasn't. The most dangerous mutant on the planet is fighting for the Hand. That doesn't scare you?
Iron Man: I don't get scared. I just get more sarcastic.
Fury: Well it's time to get scared. If we don't get Wolverine back, we're gonna have a hell of a body count on our hands.

Elektra: You've got nowhere to run, Logan. Let the medics do their job. You're wounded and your mind's not right. The Hand did something to control you.
Wolverine: Control me? You got it wrong. For the first time in my life, I'm free. Me and the Hand, we're going to do whatever we want.
Elektra: I'm afraid that's not going to happen.

Battle

Wolverine: Aaarrhh! Elektra, you better goo buy a lottery ticket. You're damn lucky I'm still knitting up or I'd -
Elektra: You'd what? Let's hear it. Tell me something I haven't heard. You going to gut me like a fish? Slice me like a Christmas ham? What?
Wolverine: You'll have to wait to find out.
Elektra: What - Wolverine! Where did he go?
Iron Man: Armor's telling me he's been teleported out. Who says you can't teach an old Hand new tricks?
Hawkeye: I don't want to make things sound any worse, but if Wolverine did this much damage while he's still healing...
BW: Yeah. We need to reel him in and get his head right before he's back to full strength.
Fury: Then you better get moving.

Cap: Elektra. You've been where Logan is.
Elektra: Yes. It's not....I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

Cap: So Wolverine can be saved....If we can find him.
Iron Man: That problem is solved. He's here. Perimeter alarms just went off and we've got him on camera with a Hand posse. Battle stations, people.

Cap: Logan, all the time you've spent mastering your rage...don't waste that.
Wolverine: You know what I'm gonna waste? You, once we get what we came for.

Sub event #2: Avengers Tower

Node #1: Right to Us

Iron Man: You came right to us? You saw the big shiny "A" on the Tower and decided to come in here with your claws and your back hair anyways?
They've really scrambled your brain, huh? You need to reconsider, Shorty.
Wolverine: Yeah, you're a real big man, Stark. Let's see how tall you are when I carve you out of that overpriced tin can.

Battle

Iron Man: Where's he going?
Elektra: I'm starting to think Logan's playing a different game here.
He's not sticking around too finish fights, but he's also starting fights he doesn't need to start.
Cap: He's not right in the head, is all.
Elektra: No, there's more to it. He's brainwashed, not stupid.

Node #2: In the Vents

Elektra: Logan, I've been where you are right now.
Wolverine: Don't think you know anything about me, sweetheart.
Elektra: The headspace you're in is ugly, but you pretend it isn't so you can make peace with the little part of yourself that knows what's happening to you.

Node #6: Trapped

BW: There's no way out of this room except through the window. What are we, 46 floors up?
Iron Man: How can you tell that by just looking?
Hawkeye: Logan, come on. We've got you. Aren't you sick of this yet?
Wolverine: What I'm sick of is you hypocrites treating me like an animal.
Well, you know what they say about cornered animals...

Iron Man: Teleported out, again! Why don't we have one of those?
Hawkeye: We can get one. All you have to do is sign up with the Hand.
Iron Man: Don't tempt me.
Cap: Enough jokes, Tony. It's time you leveled with us.
Iron Man: About what?
Cap: Talk, Stark.
Iron Man: Okay, fine. The machine Logan has, it was kind of an experimental thing I built once to see if I could, um...
Cap: If. You. Could. What.
Iron Man: You know. Build a black hole.
BW: WHAT?!
Iron Man: Don't get mad! You all act like we don't fight planet-eating monsters every other week. It could come in handy.
Anyway, it needs another piece to function, and I don't keep that piece here.
Cap: Where do you keep it?
Iron Man: Come with me and you'll see.

Main Event Node #3: Homecoming

Storm: Tony, what makes you so sure Wolverine will come here?
Iron Man: He has to. The device he stole is a black hole generator, or at least that's what it's suppose to do.
Its control mechanism is based on a particular Shi'ar technology, and it just so happens that the only place on Earth with that technology is right here at the X-Mansion.
Beast: And who do we have to thank for that, hmmm?
Iron Man: Well I couldn't keep it at my house.
Beast: It's a plan for a black hole generator, Anthony. You should have destroyed it.
Iron Man: Please. If I did have it at my house, you'd want to come look at it.
Beast: So for your convenience, you put us in the Hand's crosshairs. Very collegial.
Elektra: Save your arguing for later. The Hand is here.

Battle

Wolverine: Look at youo, hiding out in your brick house. Well the big bad wolf is here. Let me in, little pigs.
Elektra: You keep running your mouth, Logan. But you're not sparring with your friends anymore.
You're a threat, simple. I'm taking you out.

Sub event #3: The X-Mansion

Node #1: Back to School

Storm: Logan, this place is a sanctuary.
Wolverine: I'm not a religious man. Try again.
Storm: Xavier took you in.
Wolverine: I'm not a sentimental man. Try again.
Storm: You are endangering the lives of innocents. I will do what is necessary to protect them.
Wolverine: There's my 'Roro. You gonna bring the thunder. Let's do it.

Battle

Storm: There is no pleasure in victory when the defeated is an old friend.
Elektra: I don''t know, I kind of like it no matter what.
Hawkeye: Especially when it involves a show like that. You could probably teach Thor a thing or two about lightning.

Node #2: Home Invasion

Wolverine: Outta the way, Hank.
Beast: You need to let us help you, old friend.
Wolverine: You help me? The only reason I haven't cut up that pretty fur coat of yours is I wanted to tell you: You could do this too. Let the animal go. You're on a leash...what would happen if you got off?
Beast: We are more than animals, Logan.
Wolverine: Nah. You'll see. I'm running free, Hank, you could be too. Let it out.
Beast: Not a chance.
Wolverine: Then let's see if I can let it out for you.

Battle

Wolverine: Hank, you felt that. I know you did. I could smell it.
Just for a little bit, you put the books down, took the glasses off, and let the animal howl.

Node #6: The Black Hole

Wolverine: Bet you guys think you're winning. I'm all beat to hell, the Hand ninjas are in pieces all over the mansion...
But guess what? I got the machine together. Game over, kids. Watch this.
Beast: I don't mean to criticize, but we all seem to still exist.
Wolverine: It...
Iron Man: Come on, Logan. You didn't think I'd build something I couldn't deactivate remotely... did you?
I can't have my best work falling into the hands of knuckledraggers like you.
Wolverine: You son of a --
Elektra: Let's finish this. If you're going to try to make black holes, we're not going to go easy on you anymore.

Battle

Wolverine: Okay, Plan B, and I'm out of here. Mansion! Security override Windrider-84!
Storm: Avengers! All the mansion's security measures just turned off.
Beast: It sounded like Logan triggered some kind of security override and slipped away.
Storm: That was my personal override - how did Logan even know about it?
Elektra: If we all live through this, you can ask him. Until then, I'm more worried about his Plan B.

Fury: Fury to Elektra. We finished interrogating some of the Hand moles who infiltrated our base in South America.
Elektra: You got intel from a Hand member? That's not easy.
Fury: Nothing about interrogation is easy. If they couldn't get the singularity generator, they had a backup plan.
Weaponize more super heroes like they did Wolverine.
Elektra: You'll want to keep careful track of your personnel, then.
Fury: He gave up the name of their next target...you're not going to like it.

Text: Meanwhile, in Hell's Kitchen...

Wolverine: Hey there, Red.
Daredevil: Wolverine? What is this, why are you in my home?
Wolverine: It's the first day of the rest of your life, bub. Now, take him!
Daredevil: What - The Hand?

Battle

Daredevil: Elektra! What on earth is happening?
Elektra: It's pretty simple. Wolverine was never anyone's friend, but the Hand has brainwashed him and how he's definitely S.H.I.E.L.D.'s enemy.
And yours. The Hand is looking to abduct, brainwash, and weaponize more heroes. You're on the list.
Daredevil: Let's make them cross me off.

Sub Event #4: Hell's Kitchen

Node #1: Man without Fear

Elektra: We need to get you out of here, Matthew.
Daredevil: I'm not going anywhere.
Elektra: You're always so sure of yourself. House surrounded by ninjas and Wolverine, the Hand looking to scramble your brain, and still...no fear.

Battle

Daredevil: Elektra...it feels good to fight next to you again.
Elektra: Matthew. Don't.
Daredevil: I'm trying to tell you how I --
Elektra: I said don't.
I'm here to help you. That's all.

Wolverine: What's the matter, sweetheart? You don't want him but you don't want anyone else to have him either?

Elektra: You know why Fury put me out in front instead of sending the Avengers after you?
Wolverine: Because he's as sick of you as I am?
Elektra: Fury knows I won't spare you. No guilt, no regret. I don't even know what those are anymore.

Elektra: I told you, Logan. You come at me, I take you down.
Wolervine: I''m...not...down...yet....
Elektra: You're about to be e--aaahhh!
Daredevil: Elektra!
???: Good evening, Elektra. Nice to finally meet face to face.
Daredevil: Who are you?
Gorgon: My name is Gorgon, and I'm the new leader of the Hand.
I'm here to finish our recruiting efforts.
Daredevil: You're crazy if you think I'm joining the Hand.
Gorgon: Your heroes are all so arrogant. I wasn't talking about you.

Battle

Dardevil: Been a long time since a fight took that much out of me. But he's down. Elektra, where's Gorgon?
Elektra?
Fury: Daredevil, this is Fury. I've been monitoring the situation in Hell's Kitchen, but lost contact with Elektra. What's going on down there?
Daredevil: It was a trap. I was never the target - they wanted Elektra! Someone called Gorgon was here, and now he's gone with Elektra.
Fury: Sunuvah...we're on the trail. You have Wolverine?
Wolverine: Ohhhh, man, that hurts...
Daredevil: He's here, what's left of him.
Fury: Well, at least we've secured him. We'll get her back, Matt.
Daredevil: You better be worth it, Logan.

Daredevil: The Hand's fortress, right where Fury said it would be.
If you ask me, it was a little too easy to get in here.
Wolverine: The Hand don't usually think people are going to sneak up on them. They're use to doing it the other way around.
Daredevil: If your deprogramming didn't take and this is a trap, I'm not going to take it easy on you.
Wolverine: Fury's people do good work. Coupled with the beating you gave me, I'm finally seeing clear.
The way they got in my head...it ain''t easy to shake.
Daredevil: This isn't a therapy session, Logan.
Wolverine: You're damn right it isn't. Pretty soon it's going to be a wake.

Battle

Daredevil: W're not surprising anyone after that.
Wolverine: Doesn't matter. Ready or not, here we come.

Sub Event #5: Hand Fortress

Wolverine: The inside of my head wasn't a pretty place even before the Hand got hold of it.
Daredevil: I can imagine.
Wolverine: What they did, though...

Wolverine: Speaking of...she' didn't like it when she found out the Hand were after you.

Fury needed someone to get inside the Hand's fortress to act as a homing beacon.
There aren't too many people on Earth that have been through the Hand's brainwashing process once already.
Daredevil: You let yourself get captured? That's insanity.
Elektra: How did you think Fury knew where the Hand's secret fortress was?
Wolverine: Elektra...I owe you an apology.
Elektra: No, you don't. It's all part of the job. You and I both know that.

Elektra: No. Regrets will kill you. They make your hands slower, your mind duller...put it all into the work.

Gorgon: This is what you spend your so-called freedom on? You whine at each other about how hard everything is?
You'd be better off in the ground! Or perhaps you just need a little...reconditioning.

Node #6: Bring Down the Hand

Wolverine: I've been hurt a lot of ways, but nobody's ever been inside my head like that.
Gorgon: I accept the compliment.
Wolverine: You don't understand. I'm gonna tear you to pieces so small the roaches won't find them, and then I'm gonna bring this castle down on the roaches.
Gorgon: Oh, stop. Why do you think you're still alive? Why do you think you were permitted to enter?
Daredevil: Enough ninja theater, Gorgon. There's not trap here. I'd have known.
Gorgon: Elektra was right about you. Sometimes your over-confidence is your greatest enemy.

Battle

Elektra: The Hand has existed for a thousand years, Gorgon. How does it feel to be the one to finally lead it to ruin?
Gorgon: Ha! Ruin? I'm about to lead them to their greatest victory.
Wolverine: You lost me. You lost Elektra. Doesn't seem like much of a victory.
Gorgon: You were never the point. Months of planning to get inside your heads, wear down his most powerful agents and take you off the board.
And now Nick Fury's helpless.
Wolverine: Fury?!
Gorgon: I'm going to take S.H.I.E.L.D. for my own, and with its might combined with the Hand, make of this world what I want.

Elektra: He's gone. He drew us out, and now he's going to cut us off.

Fury: Just in time, to. There's a big party here. Gorgon, ninjas, and turncoat S.H.I.E.L.D. assets. They seem to think I'm the guest of honor.
Daredevil: We're coming in.
Elektra: And here comes the welcoming committee to escort us in.

Battle

Fury: Good to see you in your right mind, Wolverine.
Wolverine: Close as I ever get.
Fury: It better be. Things are heating up in here. Step on it.

Sub Event #6: Nick Fury Rescue

Node #1: Back with Us

Hawkeye: Good to have you back, Wolverine.
Cap: Would also be good to know where you've been. And what you've done.
Wolverine: Conversation for another time.
Cap: We lost good people, Logan. You don't get to ignore that.
Wolverine: There'll be plenty of time for penance, Cap. You're just gonna have to wait until we take care of business.

Battle

Wolverine: I don't know if there's any way for me to make up for what I did. I'm still figuring out what was me and what was them.
What I can do is finish this fight and make sure we're on the right side at the end.
Cap: Good enough for now.

Node #2: Whack-A-Mole

Gorgon: Look, Fury, your little soldiers have arrived just in time to you die.
Fury: Son, act like you been there before. If you're going to kill me, don't stand around talking about it.

Gorgon: Oh, Wolverine. The easiest part of this whole plan was identifying you as the weakest link.
We hardly did anything to set the beast inside you free. Do you know why?
Because the beast isn't inside you. It is you.
And now everyone, all your friends, know it.

Wolverine: This ain't about my friends, bub. Never was.
It's about honor.
Gorgon: Ha! You think you still have honor, little man?
Wolverine: You took it from me. Now's when I get it back.

Node #6: Triumph

Gorgon: I can see you holding it back. The berserker fury.
You want a warrior's death, don't you? Give in. Let the monster out. Die fighting.
Wolverine: Oh, I'm going to fight. But it won't be a monster that beats you. It'll be a man.

Elektra: Fury. I'm looking at Gorgon here. Well, most of him.
Fury: Bag him up. We've got a hole ready. It's deep and dark and he's going in it for a long time.
Does anyone have eyes on Wolverine?
Elektra: He's gone, slipped out in the chaos.
I've been where he is is, Nicholas. When someone's been digging around in your brain like that...
Let's just say he's going to need some time alone to sort himself out. I say we give it to him.
He's earned that much.

I'm just getting ready to try it now that the node is fixed and I'm back to my computer. If there is text the above will be updated.

I could still use story text for all the non-repeatable nodes in the main. I can't seem to get myself to remember its a new event until I've my finger auto-reached for the skip dialog button. Urg
