    He's closing in on 3k for this event. There isn't a cover reward he needs. 78 slots I think. Why try so hard for nothing worth gaining?

    Didn't one time someone in X-Men shielded at 100 just to see what people will say about it? People probably just do these things for fun, and in this case there's still some advantage to be gained in the seasons score.

    I don't know about the X-Men, but one of the guys in my alliance shielded at 0 once just for the lulz.
