To devs or admin,
Please provide complete information on character skills, especially new chars.
New 3*/4* character details should be informed when they're released.

Something like IceIX did in the past.
Till now, Elektra info not even fully updated.

It's awkward if forumites have to provide it by looking on some whale roster (if he already)

    I think they don't want to release it because if they give all the stats/ability capabilities, less people might want to participate in the PVE events to try for the covers.

    I know I would.

    Adding mystery to new characters is a ploy to get people to play more (and perhaps spend more on) PVE.
