  • Just mentioning here that I got an extra red Elektra cover that the missing points had cost me.

    I, weirdly, got purple.
    I thought red was the first cover and they gave me purple. I wasn't going to argue over compensation since that actually benefitted me by allowing me to level her up more, now I think about it.

    But yes, David elevated my issue and it got sorted out really quickly.

    Glad to see everybody's (as far as I can see) issues have been addressed. It was definitely a daunting few weeks for everyone.

    D3 told me to "check the forum" for updates because compensation would be sitewide and not on an individual basis.

    I figure it's already the 21st, I'll get nothing. Thanks, folks.

    I didn't get anything either... so... guess it's on individual basis, which means D3 really want everyone to message their forum admins.
  • Really? I submitted my ticket more than a month ago and I have to find out on the forums that they do not deem me worthy of anything? I would love to hear the criteria and how they judged that. When I saw my points weren't accumulating, I stopped playing until I saw the bug was fixed. How can they even factor that into a decision as to what compensation to give out? A response to my original ticket explaining their reasoning behind their decision would have been nice. Oh well, maybe I should whine, threaten to sue, threaten to quit next time this happens. Since I have never bought anything, I can't ask for a refund, but maybe they can send a representative to come clean my house, since I did waste a bunch of time on this. That would be more useful than another Elektra cover anyway.
