disappearing points in tex mex

Weapon Tex Mex: I went up to just over 400 points earlier in the day. Got my 25 HP to prove it . Left the game for several hours, only to come back and see that I am sitting at 388. No red "attacked" nodes are present. Skipped a few matches just to make sure it wasn't "queued" - nothing.

Where did the points go?

Prodigal Sun: On a separate note, but along the same lines. Lost 25 points in the sentry event WHILE SHIELDS WERE UP. I understand that the match likely happened prior, but when I put the shields up, I sat at 603. I checked the leaderboard at that point just to make sure. Next thing I know, I've lost 25! I had a similar experience in that no red nodes were visible (which is why I checked by refreshing the tex mex one), and there was no notification until 5+ minutes AFTER my shield was already up. I didn't bring up the issue at the time, nor open a ticket (btw, how does one go about doing this?).

The best explanation may very well be server lag, but I don't know. I would appreciate if anyone could look into this and give me some insight into what's going on... Perhaps others who have had similar experiences...

For those that will say why am I griping over a small number of points - fair argument. In reality, I could just make up the points. However, I suspect I'm not the only one.
