Lost Electra thru rollback?

Not sure what happened: I entered MPQ during a break and received event rewards from the end of Prodigal Son (Top 50 placement). I recruited the Elektra token, then played a single match on SHIELD Simulator. A few hours later, I thought I would try her out, but she is not in my roster and it looks like my Hero Points are not reduced (they were in the 5000s earlier today and are currently at 5450).

Edit: I did submit a ticket this afternoon.
