Shield Ability Missing

Today, I noticed that I have no shield ability in both the SHIELD training and the Double Shot Tournament. Did everyone else's shields disappear or is it only me?

    They removed the shield in the SHIELD tourney yesterday because people actually had the audacity to win rewards at the highest tiers.

    I'm assuming this is what happened in the 'normal' tourney too.
