Lost points while Shield was Up

Starfall PVP: I bought an 8 hour shield, it has been up for 50minutes.

I just opened the app to see that i have been hit 3 times. The top 2 hits' were in greyish blue - meaning the points were defended by the shield.

However, the 3rd attack was in red - indicating that i lost 17 points.

All this happened while the shield was UP.

I neglected to screenshot in my astonishment.

Appreciate if some Dev can pull up my history/win-lose record for starfall to check this.

It's not going to change my ranking band much but i hope this doesnt recur. Placement in T100 and non-T100 can be a matter of a handful of points.
