rewards missing from prodigal sun sub event

hello I finished top 2 in the washington dc sub event and hells kitchen sub event in my shard, I received 2 event tokens 100 hp and 1000 ISO for hells kitchen however I only received 1 event token and not the hp and ISO for the washington dc event my ingame name is andrewflynn22

    You should open a customer support ticket. You can do this from the help functions which are accessible in the settings menu.

  • it has been an entire week and still no resolution I have received responses but not what I have earned. bump.
  • another pve event is ready to come and go and I still have not been rewarded the proper reward. bump
  • still no resolution, has anyone else gotten their prodigal sun rewards for the bugs during the event?

    Bumping this thread in the forum is not going to help your resolution much. Have you been replying to customer support on the emails they've sent you?

    Sorry for the delays. Due to the holidays and getting some new staff up to speed, there has been a backlog in solving some Customer Service tickets. Things are normalizing now and you should see a resolution soon.

    I have been replying to the emails and still have not received my proper rewards, it has been 16 days now

    sounds good I would love to receive my proper rewards, been a few days since "things normalized" but still no resolution.

    Since Demiurges customer service, "ticket" system is god awful and you've been waiting weeks for a response, I would suggest you contact all of the forum mods directly:

    David [Hi-Fi] Moore
    Demiurge_Kabir
    Demiurge_Miles
    Demiurge_Will

    Search for these users and email them direct. Refer them to this thread and explain you've been waiting for 3+ weeks now.

    Post on D3/Demiurges social media sites: Facebook, Twitter and anywhere else. Let everyone on social media see that Demiurge/D3 has failed to address your problem for weeks. You need to light a fire under their behind to get some action or attention to your problem.
