I was a commander in my alliance and when i woke up i was not in my alliance anymore, what happened? is there a way to get me back into the alliance. we never communicated outside of mpq chat so there is no way to coordinate a way to get me back into the alliance cause my spot was taken and they are now full.

If the alliance is full and you have no way to contact them, you may be out of luck for rejoining them. You may wish to contact customer support and find out why you were removed, especially since a commander normally has to choose to leave on their own.

It's been 2 weeks 12/19/14 and got 3 of these from customer service

    " Greetings D3P Customer,

Thank you for contacting D3P Customer Support.

Just letting you know that we haven't forgotten you! We appreciate your continued patience as we investigate.

We are still addressing your issue and will contact you as soon as we can with the appropriate resolution for your issue.

Please note that we may take a little longer to respond to your ticket during the holiday season and we apologize if you experience a longer than usual wait time. We want to assure you that we are addressing your ticket as quickly and accurately as possible.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us again.

    Best Regards,
    D3Publisher Customer Support Team"

i know it's the holidays, i have been waiting patiently for a response, but would it be that hard to figure out why i am locked out of joining not just my original alliance, but any alliance at all with "joining error contact customer service". it's like i have been banned from alliances for no reason at all. i've miss out on 2 weeks worth of pvp, pve and sub prizes and coming this sunday season 9 alliance rewards.

Happens when you hack/use a glitch exploit.

    Don't cheat.

Don't be presumptuous. There's been plenty of false positives on this.

That being said, what you are likely experiencing is what we call "sand boxing". It's an automated process that tries to identify cheaters and remove them from the normal playing pool. Sand boxed players cannot join Alliances.

Last but not least, unfortunately, as far as I know, they are out of the office until at least Monday (I don't work for them, so I don't know for sure, but last I heard...), so that is likely why nobody has gotten to your ticket to actually fix it. =/
