New phone, account lost?

Hi all,

I got a new phone today and reloaded my favorite puzzle game but I now see that my previous account is not loading. It was attached to my gmail and I made a few purchases so I would very much like to reactivate my account. Is there a way to do this retroactively?

    You'll need to contact customer service (there's a link in my signature, below this post). Let them know what your previous username was and that you got a new device. They can facilitate a transfer of the old account.
