I want to ask about the rule #13 - although its my favorite number, i do not see benefit for this forum.

#13 - You are considered a new user on the forum until you have one post approved. You can start sending PMs when you become a regular member, so please create your first post if you would like to send PMs.

So, i had to crete this topic with my first post for full accass.

There has been a history of spam on this forum (as well as other forums managed by D3). This policy is to prevent that spam from making it to the main forums. While more eloquent solutions exist, the versioning of the forum software is a limitation. So until upgrading the underlying version of phpbb becomes a priority, this is what we're stuck with.
