Wrong characters blocking Team-up use?

Just notices, Iso-8 Lab: China.

Iso-8 Lab Assault MMN/OBW/Ares - can't use 2* Thor TU's. MMN/OBW/X-force - can use 2* Thor TU's.
Iso-8 Lab Assault III MMN/OBW/X-force - can't use 2* Thor TU's. MMN/OBW/Ares - can use 2* Thor TU's.

Both of these nodes have goons only, never is Thor in my lineup - I'm not sure what happened there.

    You can't use the same team-up as the opposing team. Do they have Thor set?

    That must be it - for some reason I was under the impression they ran the same TU every time. It looks like Assault-3 sets a 2* Cap when Ares is selected in the middle, and a 2* Thor when X-force is selected.

    I don't know if the order of team matters, I can't get Assault-1 to replicate this issue now (now daredevil for either Ares or X-force?)
