I think the delay built into the animations is construed to be part of the meta for the flow of the game - at least I think we are supposed to tell ourselves that. the time/risk involved in taking the match is supposed to be factored into the risk/reward. (this feels similar to the 'damage taken vs. time' ratio that was used to explain why Sentry did so much damage to himself and his team - that speed comes at a price.)
At least I have seen requests to have a setting that disables the animations rejected for that reason in the past.0 -
i dont think it should be disabled but you should be able to select (highlight) an ability and have it be preformed automatically as soon as it is ur turn0
