How do I remove friends that don't play MPQ anymore?

I have a lot of Facebook friends that downloaded MPQ and linked their FBs but don't play anymore. So there are a lot of people I send ISO gifts to that don't play the game anymore. Is anyone aware of how I can stop getting people I don't want to show up on the gifting list?

There's nothing you can do from your end (short of unfriending them, but that would be silly), but I think you can have your friends remove the MPQ permissions on their facebook account.

That sucks. And I'm sure this isn't something D3 would want to alter because the more people linked to their game the better.
