Okay the Rag nerf is extreme. But whatever. How about buffing skills and heros that totally suck?

Like BWG red, loki, hood non-passives, hulk green, ironman blue, both the 4*s, ragnarok's red, etc.

I think it's a better show of balancing to do both at once instead of just nerfing someone into the ground and thats the whole update.

    Obviously I wouldn't want the whole game in flux constantly, but there are a bunch of characters that really have nothing to lose at this point so quite unlikely to do any harm even just shuffling their numbers and hoping for the best.

    Agree.

    The developers need to show that they know what "game balance" means. A lot of the high-level analysts in this forum are upset because the balancing for Ragnarok was done so poorly. There are many small tweaks they could make to improve the game, but it doesn't appear they are paying attention.

    They did buff spidey's purple to go along with his OP blue. I know it was useless before but spidey wasn't the one who needed a buff the most.

    I would vote for 4* wolvie. They keep giving him out as a 1st prize as if he's meant to be worth anything.
