Please allow users to look at not just what the power for your character does if he gains another of the same color, we need to be able to look back....especially during the times when we have to drop a pow to gain a pow. Can't tell you how many times i reduced a pow thinking i would be ok with it...and had i been able to read what the pow would do at the lower level, i would not have reduced it.

You can always check the forums here or the MPQ wiki to verify what a lower level does, but I agree -- the game should tell you the effects of lowering a power.
