Gauntlet Team-up issue

So I was setting up to play Essential 15 in the Gauntlet against Loki, She-Hulk, and Gamora. I was setting up my team ups, and I noticed something, my Captain America team ups were locked. I clicked on them, and I received the error that I can't select them because Captain America is on the enemy team. It's not really a problem, since I didn't plan on using them, but there seems to be something wrong here, so I figured I'd post it here.

    Enemy team uses cap team up which locks you out.

    The first response is the behavior I was also experiencing... the enemy gets 1st choice of players, then you get 2nd pick for players (picking 3 they haven't selected). Then the enemy gets 1st pick for a 7th player to use for a team-up, leaving you last choice for your 8th player to use as a team-up.

    If you had picked Captain America to be on your team, then they would pick a different team-up. You can't use this to lock their team-up on some other character; if you back up and switch off cap they will pick him for their team up again, blocking you out.
