    Very odd bracket, started @ 70th place with 0 points, climbed to 600 points(4th place, no idea if it'll hold) with no retals and shielded. I haven't had a PVP this easy in....months.

    Wolveroach hit the wall at 545, shielded for the last hour or so of the event. Interesting that it now says "no cool down" when you choose a shield.

    545 is good enough for #80 (might manage top 100), #1 is only 921, #10 only 777. This is very low scoring...

    Sentry has fallen the pecking order... not that many people need his cover now.

    That said, it also depends on the shard you are in. In my shard, the top 10 is 1000+.

    I was slice 1, and was able to grab #14 with 717 points, without shielding. If I hadn't flat out forgotten about the PVP until about five minutes before it ended, I might have been able to get top ten for the first time in ages.

    I'm really liking the earlier end times. They've allowed me to essentially stop using shields. I had picked the "off" slices because I was seeing death brackets in slice 4, which seemed like the best time, but the quieter slices make pvp much more tolerable.It's more like the game was in the early part of the year. The ability to not have to shield also makes it a lot better.

    Decided to make a push at the end in slice #3 and got 5th without shielding - top ten was 1146-824. In comparison, one of my alliance mates in slice 5 is already over 1300.

    I forgot about my chosen end time and when I finally remembered, it was 5 minutes before finish, and a I had a choice between burning dinner and rushing one last game. I chose dinner, ended with top 50 @ 685. Broke my streak of 700+ PVPs, but finally finished out my 3/5/5 Sentry.

    This one was fun if only for the wonderful soul who hit me 4 times in 8 minutes while I was climbing, for -15 to -18 a pop. Also fun that I could only retaliate once (though did find him a 2nd time).

    Love that MMR some days.

    just curious if im in the hardest bracket, im #14 at 1349 and 10th is 1488

    ive never had issues getting top 5 with 1300

    Shard 5? It's possible.

    I had 1290 , was 8th in last 5 hr, went to sleep and woke up to a top 25 rewards.

    It is *the* xmen shard after all and many ppl who joined the shard expect to shield hop.

    1356 got me 17th, so, yes, Slice 5 was insane again.
    It's great if you just want the progression rewards, but for placement, you really need to pick a different time.
