time for 3* tokens?

Considering that there's a huge pool of 3* tokens, and that as a transitional player it is impossible to get the covers you need to get to 3 star land. I think the devs should seriously consider adding 3* tokens. This would also mean that they wouldn't have to rotate and vault characters. Let's face it. Nobody needs their 50th random 2* cover anymore.
