I was banned due to a mishap on MPQ's end...

I by no means have an account that would suggest I'm a cheater. I have three lvl 166 chars and the rest are all very low level and missing a ton of covers. I recently signed into MPQ and with the intent to buy HP (keep in mind in the last year I've spent at least 600$ if not more and have Google Play receipts to prove it) I noticed that all the prices were set to 0.00 Obviously curiosity got the best of me and I clicked the stark salary to see what the next prompt was. With no further hesitation it added it to my account... I did the same for the motherload. I freaked out and continually checked my bank account to see if it had withdrawn the money for the purchase but it didn't. Well I decided to leave well enough alone and go to sleep. When I woke up I checked my bank again and the money hadn't been withdrawn. I didn't do anything special to make this happen. I didn't download any special exploits or anything. This all happened during my regular Marvel gameplay.

In any case I woke up to see I was kicked from my alliance, can no longer join alliances and the game seems to function the same way it did before. I can still compete against other players in tournaments who are in alliances. I submitted a ticket to customer support but am wondering what might happen? Is there a chance they'll revert my account to before the purchases were made?

    I haven't heard of something like that happening, but personally, if you didn't spend anything, it should be fairly obvious there was no malcontent.

    I spent it today after I was banned. The way I see it the game is obviously keen to ban players for a bug on their end even if they've spent hundreds of dollars recently. I have screen shots of the HP and ISO being free.

    At this point, you're sandboxed, so you're not affecting anything server-side.

    Did you provide the screencaps?

    Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do, but I'll send a message off to HiFi and see if he can light a fire under that ticket for you.

    You have full access to the game, but like a ghost. You can see everything, but no one sees you. You don't appear on leaderboards (save your own). Any attacks you make in PvP don't affect the target. Alliances are obviously out. You pretty much end up with a private server just for you since you can't interact with anyone.

    I once got sandboxed in error myself. Customer Support should be able to help you, but it may take a couple of days to get it sorted out.

    It's funny because I recently opened a ticket concerning the Season ending before my event was over. I thought perhaps I was banned for whining lol
