Event end times and client issues

Every once in a while, I've seen a client de-synching issue where the time remaining in an event is displayed wrong (and time on nodes is displayed wrong), or events don't show up, and I have to close and restart MPQ to fix it. Well, over the past week this has been occurring to me with every single event. Why is this happening and what can I do to avoid it?

    I think they are working on some things on the backend. There's a lot of reported issues over the last two days. I'll try and get some confirmation on this.
