how to respec

hello,

see the first screenshot for my 5/5/3 iron man model 35
and on the second sceenshot i have some extra covers for him
But what happens if i add another blue cover? Since he is already at max rank with 13/13 skills. I can freely chose one of the other two skills to be reduced by one without any cost?
(iron man stays same level and no cost in ISO or HP?) So if i first attach the blue cover and reduce yellow skill, and then attach a yellow skill land reduce the blue skill, i have exactly the same hero as now with no changes at all except the 2 lost covers ?

    When you use one of the blue covers, a screen will pop up asking if you want to reduce Repulsor Blast or Armored Assault. When you pick one, you get a confirmation prompt asking if you are really sure. Then boom, you are done. It does not affect the character's level.

    oh cool, thats great.
    So if you want to make a hero into a certain build, like 4/4/5 but instead have 3/4/5 and get another cover of the middle one, its best to just apply it to get the levels already and change it later to the correct build?

    Most likely yes. The only exception is if you really need that handful of ISO you'd get for selling the cover, but a higher level means you can probably earn that ISO back fast.
