X-Force / Fury / 3* Support

I bought enough HP to *almost* finish covering X-Force and Fury. I'm ~400 short from hitting both, but I'll get a black and a green X-Force in the next 44 days (I just got resupply for day 1221). I want to build a competitive roster as quickly as I can get the Iso, but I'm not sure on strategy.

Do I go with dumping it into my fully covered LThor (level 89), Hood (level 89), and CMags (level 101) to build a decent 3* team or do I skip it and go straight for Fury (2/5/3) and X-Force (1/1/3), both of which are just at level 70?

I know there's no way I'll hit the level caps before I get the Iso, so I'm inclined to just wait out the resupply covers for X-Force and save 5,000 HP.

    There's almost no wrong way to go.

    Fury/Hood/Mags/LThor are about as a good group you can partner with XForce as there is. It really comes down to preference at that point. I think XForce/Mags is way more fun to play than the others, but my Mags is underwhelming so I use XForce/Thor, which is still fun and a bit bigger deterrent on defense. I use XForce-Hood only to counter other XForce-Hood, and even then sometimes I don't worry about it because Hood isn't THAT scary as long as you have methods to kill him quick.

    Fury is fun too, but given the Iso investment, you're better off going XForce-3star of your choice.

    That said, XForce is a giant bullseye if built anything below 5/5/3, so until those covers are there, I wouldn't invest in him. Wait it out a bit longer and build your ISO stash more.

    XF C. Mags is the most cost efficient team you can build right now. The team is slightly weak on defense, but it's insane on offense, and will cost you like half the iso to build. I don't recommend buying covers for Fury. He's fine, but now that LadyThor exists, seems like a waste of the 7.5k HP and infinite iso you'd have to put into him. The kicker is that with Fury, you pretty much have to full iso boosts to get the most out of his yellow and make him as fast as say C. Mags, straining your iso even more. My vote would be to wait for the 2 XF resupplies, and then just max out XF and C. Mags, hoarding HP / iso until you get ladythor. XF / CMags / Hood is also arguably the best PvE team out there right now.

    Sweet! Thanks for the guidance. I bought the 3 green and black for X-Force and will wait for the resupply since I can't get the Iso to hit the max level anyway. Saving the rest of the HP for 4hor sounds like the way to go.

    Thanks again for your help! I'm always impressed with how helpful the MPQ community is. Polarity, your 1-3* guide was instrumental in my progression in the game and saved me MANY mis-steps. Grumpy, your contributions are always helpful to me in the topics I see.
