Android 5.0 App restarting

Whenever I minimize MPQ to switch to another app or even go to the home screen when i switch back to MPQ it reloads the app. This is annoying because since it considers this a retreat whenever im in a battle and my guys are lower in health.

    So, this was implemented a few MPQ updates ago - the back button on Android exits MPQ while the home button lets you reenter the game if you want to do something else. It took me a few days to get used to the change but it has allowed me to do other things in the middle of a match and come back to it.

    Hope it works for you too.

    Slightly different for me, my Nexus 7 tablet will force close when I start a match (about every 3rd or 4th time). Great way to keep the health pack supply down.

    Ohhh, yeah. I'm having that trouble too since upgrading Android on my 2nd gen Nexus 7 too. I can't pin it down to why - sometimes it is PVP, sometimes PVE. It is right when the board appears, right?

    I submitted a ticket and they told me to clear the cache in the app settings (not the data). Otherwise, they had a bunch of additional questions for me including connectivity, multiple devices, etc. that I didn't feel like troubleshooting with them.

    It seems to be somewhat better, but still happens on occasion. Less frequently after clearing the cache though.
