character rotation question

So i know part of the rotation is to prevent diluting the token pool more but the other part was to "tweek" characters behind the scenes. With 2of our worst characters coming back into rotation (loki and daredevil) and no word on any tweeks i am wondering if thats just something they say to make us feel better. Or if there was a tweek to a character outta rotation and i missed it.

    Ah, so i did. When i saw the rotation thread i guess i skipped over that part. Now i feel kinda dumb. Thanks for the heads up.

    I'm hoping we'll get a post early this week, and an in-game popup for the rest of the world, telling us more about the changes to Loki and Daredevil.
