Check for rewards?

Is there any way to coax the system into checking for rewards earned, but not paid out? I should have earned 100 HP for getting to 450 on the Shield Training, but the reward did not "pay out". The next tier one did however.

    I think what happens here is that you already got the reward, then lost some "points" because people beat you. Then you gained some points and the computer checked for you already claiming that reward and figured out that since you already claimed the reward, that you should not get rewarded again. I'm really lost as i think i reached 800-900 points but i'm back to 600 after days of not playing. I have to work my way up to 900 again all without rewards?

    There's got to be a better way for this.

    You only get the rewards once. If you got it and dropped down in pts, you won't get anything besides more pts and some Iso-8 for winning
