Suggestion : Raid Boss PVE for alliance

"Raid Boss" is one of the coolest aspect on RPG game (esp MMO), for it requires strategy and assbeating teameffort to beat the super OP boss.
This mode will utilize the functionality of alliance and the rewards gained not by competing against other players like current.
Simple or complex gameplay format could be implemented here.

    Event "Raid Boss : Galactus"
    1. Boss : Galactus
    2. Rewards : Raid Boss Token or specific 3*/4* covers, ISO, HP.
    3. Objective : Deplete all Galactus health from 3.000.000 to 0
    4. Period : 1.5 day
    5. Map : 1
    6. Nodes : 1
    7. Nodes Detail for each member : Galactus with 30.000HP, refresh time : 2hour, no scalling.

    There no loot system on MPQ so the rewards segmentation could be :
    1. To all member : ... ISO/HP, random heroic token
    2. To participants/score contributors : random 3*

    Bosses could be Thanos, Apocalypse, Galactus, Omega Sentinel, Dark Phoenix, Weapon X, or any super heroes/villain worth as final boss.

    Hmmm, perhaps set this up as an unwinnable fight against this OP foe.

    Each player takes a crack at it using however many teams they want to throw at the wall that is the Boss,

    BUT
    only count their High Score when tallying up for the Alliance total.

    This would give an obtainable goal, but not require players to grind against the wall all day long. It would also prevent a single player from carrying a whole Alliance, while incentivizing players to try their hardest and replay for higher score.

    Added bonus, give defensive powers and fake healing powers ACTUAL value in the meta-game!
  • There would have to be several changes to the game like no boosts, no TUs, and no Deadpool (Whales). Otherwise all kinds of crazy stuff will happen. Well, Deadpool wouldn't even be very crazy, it'd just immediately end the game after 3 purple matches starting with +6 purple.
  • So Unwinnable match, No boost/TU, ban several char/limited char to keep the challenging aspect and less repetition, sounds great icon_e_biggrin.gif

    This game lack of pure "versus NPC" gameplay, where players can get rewards not by score competition.
    Constantly battling each other on a score competition on PVE/PVP eventually bored players.
  • it could also be tacked on to an event with the world wide points system to unlock once value hit. after desrtorying a bunch of minions daddy steps in to prevent plans from being foiled. Maybe have ban be a random each fight, or have bonus/ban based on boss lore.
