Did not receive Season Progression Ten Pack

On Monday I pushed my season score over 4000 points and the progression reward popped up saying that I had earned a ten pack. When I went to check it did not exist on my account and it did not have a check mark on it in progression rewards. I thought perhaps I had been attacked and it just hadn't registered so I played another game. At this point it showed me the 5000 point progression reward instead of 4000 and said I was progressing towards that. I sent a ticket into D3 on Monday but have not received a conformation email or anything of the sort regarding my submission. Today I hit over 5000 and it gave me that point reward and put a check mark next to the 10 pack but still did not give me one. I submitted another ticket today updating what is going on in my account. My girlfriend bought me some hero points on Sunday as a birthday gift because there is a sale going on. I have yet to spend those points as I was waiting for my 10 pack. If I am not going to be receiving in game rewards though (or any form of communication regarding my tickets even thought it says I will get a conformation email) then I would like a refund to be processed. I will post any updates as my situation changes.
