Kicked from alliance cool down?

If I kicked the wrong person from an alliance, does anyone know how long is it before the kicked person can rejoin the alliance?

I know there is a cool down period, but I don't know how long is it.

    Think it is 24 hrs if you're kicked, 15 min if you leave.
