PM still sitting in Outbox or taking forever to go through

Title says it all. I tried sending two PMs yesterday and 1 finally went through today while the first one that I tried to send is still sitting in "outbox". Is there an issue with PM right now?

    PMs remain in the outbox until the recipient views them.

    It took me a little while to figure it out, too. Now that I know, it's kind of nice -- I have the ability to repeatedly edit my spelling and grammar while I wait for them to see it. icon_e_wink.gif
