Rocket and groot covers disappeared

I was a top 25 finisher who got my covers awarded, I applied the personal covers and iso towards my already existing character last night.

I woke up and all of the covers that I used were gone and it was as if I didnt get the R&G rewards.

    You should open a customer support ticket through the help button in the settings menu.

    However, it was too late to use for the PvP since they havent responded.
