Mystique Masterstroke Team-Up damage stats seem low

In the Rocket & Groot PVE I received a Mystique team-up after one of the essential nodes and the damage seemed awfully low for the level she had, something like 600 damage (plus a possible added 750 with Shapeshift), and this was for a level 72 Mystique with 5 covers for Masterstroke. When I checked the stats pre-game it states a 1600 plus possible 2100 damage.

This reminds me of a while back when Team-Up damage was incorrect game-wide, so could this be happening for just one character?

Unfortunately I didn't keep the Team-Up since the added damage would be unobtainable, so I can't show any pictures of it. Has anyone else noticed this maybe?

    I've recently noticed that some or all team-up skills still show incorrect information when you first receive them, but then show correct info once they're in inventory...

    I'll keep an eye out for that then, thanks! It's not that often you get a useful Team-Up, so I'll try to remember to look when I can.
