Shield resupply stuck on day one

Its been 2 days since the shield resupply is stuck on the day one award, the 50 hero point award, i have completed missions, played pvp and even some rounds on iron man event, what i must do the move past it?

    Its been 4 days and i cant move past day one resupply, does no one have this issue, am using the steam version of the game.
