BUG - AI's overwhelming display of power

I was fighting some tough opponents and, saddly, I lost. What happened in the turn that I lost was: the AI used a power that killed my las character, then proceed to use another power followed by other power (but I was death!), with no more AP to spend, the AI went to match 3 pieces and attack the dead body of my characters again. =[

I've seen this happen four times. It's not a critical bug, it is one.
