Missing pve rewards...

Hi MPQ team, somehow I couldnt find the Groot n Rocket rewards in my roster. I dont think I sold them by accidently or they got lost when I accept them in a bad signal environment.
Could you please help me verify if I sold it by accident or it got lost? Please help!!

You should open a customer support ticket:

Either open a ticket in game by hitting the help button in the settings menu (the gear button) or see the email instructions in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1274

Thank Dayv. This was the first support ticket so I'm unfamiliar with the procedure. Just submitted one and it seems my Tricks n Thieves banner show rewards pending for me. Guess my rewards is stuck....
