POLL: Simple buffs for game balance

We have a character engineering thread where we have a wish list of changes. There is a longtime suggestion for Doctor Doom, Loki, Ragnarok, and Bullseye to get third powers. There is a huge poll for how to fix Daredevil. None of those would be easy to implement, though.
This poll has a bunch of fixes which should be easy to implement. Some polls I borrowed from are who needs a health boost, which characters to buff, most fun mechanics, and 15 suggestions.
Which of these buffs would you most like to see?
EDIT: The health bumps to BWGS and Storm Mohawk are even more popular than I thought. The slightly stronger Storm would be a good counter to X-Force because , and would fit well with Mohawk's portrayal in the comics. Hood and Human Torch should definitely stay as glass cannons, but BWGS should be bumped out of that territory. A strong color indicator is very popular, but might not fit into "easy". I'd be fine with just an unexplained color dot somewhere in enemy territory. The popular fix for IM40 may not be easy.

My thought for Recharge is that you'd have more options as IM40 leveled up. At 6 the Recharge would be available. Based on the amount of available and the number of levels, the heads up display would give different option.

There are many characters that fall into the Glass Cannon designation. Them having more health might help but what this type of character really needs is a way to hide behind the tanks even at max level. So oddly enough if we are looking at quick fixes I would do something odd like tie Match damage to Health point class, actually reducing the match damage of people like GSBW, Human Torch and Mohawk Storm enabling them to hide behind tankier heroes more easily. This seems counter intuitive but I think would really help with the effectiveness of high damage low health characters across the board and give teams more clearly defined roles instead of expecting psylocke to tank 4 colors in every match surrounded by evenly leveled teammates who have 1.5x her health0

True but if I can win 3 and shield I really don't care who wants to hit that team afterwards. If I win one and my damage dealer is too hurt to even attempt another one then it does eat up health packs, or more realistically makes me not want to use a character who is consistently 1-2 then out for a while.
If i can climb quickly off a team with teeth but not health then I can put in a defensive team when I am stopping. The way it is designed now the meta encourages you to use tanky bruisers like panther, Lthor, hulk, sentry x-force and even patch and daken who can shrug off a lot of damage to keep climbing. Giving glass cannons a chance to hide would not immediately make them great on defense but could let them shine brighter on offense instead of being lackluster on all counts and dumped in the do not use bin.0 -
I think your Moonstone buff is a bit weak but I voted for her as well regardless. Her black is still overcosted and of course the cost decrease for purple doesn't solve much.
If they ever buff her, I want her to make a tier-jump like Mawkeye did Pretty unlikely but I can dream0 -
For me the priority (a part from the third powers for Loki, DrDoom, Ragnarok) is IM40. Iron Man is one of the most popular Marvel characters, and he has potential to be great, but now he is mediocre, with a power that is better with 2 covers than with 3 (!!!!). I like the concept of the extended cost of some of his powers, but they are too damn expensive. They should be something like:
Unibeam : 10 AP - 2 AP from other colors
Ballisitc Salvo: 14 AP - 2 from other colors
Recharge: 8 AP always
I think he would be balanced and a good charcater this way.0 -
I endorsed many of these modifications, but in my opinion, let Moonstone, Bullseye and the Dark Avengers rot.
2* Daken got his Chemical Reaction and though it's nice for playing the character, it made fighting over-scaled Daken in PVE a nightmare -- a major net loss overall. I'd rather not repeat this experience with Moonstone 's Control Shift, Bullseye Murderous Aim, and other to be imagined 3rd powers. I think much of the community already loathes these characters enough as is. I hope the devs let them rest in peace.
Now, buffing Spidey, Mororo, Hulk (red), Doctor Doom (3rd color)... among others listed? sign me up.0 -
I'm really happy you made this post Nonce I tried to do this here http://www.d3pforums.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=18740 but got burnt down. There is so much to be said about game balance, 4 star limited roster and unused 3 stars that is all kind of one post.0
