post not showing up on boards?

Hi moderators - I posted in the suggestions forum, and my post did not show up... It looked like it submitted just fine. Is this a known issue? Do you guys moderate all posts prior to them being posted in the first place? Am I just awaiting the stamp of approval? Thanks for any input.

Yeah, there's a post approval process for first-time posters. I went ahead and approved this post and one of the ones from the suggestion forum (the other 2 were dups, so I disapproved them). You should be good to go

My post aren't showing either. I just joined, but would like to have the freedom to post. It makes it hard to join an Alliance when i can't communicate. Thanks.

Having the same issue, especially since I'm trying to get info on getting my data back. Getting a little frustrated especially since I paid money for the game. I did send out 2 trouble tickets, waiting on a reply back.
