21 member alliance cheat?

Came across an alliance named xmenace2 with 21 members. Is this some glitch? It seems they have an unfair advantage in pvp and pve

This seems to be caused when an alliance has multiple applications pending for an open slot. You see the total number of both approved and pending members, but they're not getting any special treatment for scoring.

When they had 21 members the scores counted 21 players for hollow point kiss I checked. Look them up it says 19/20 but when you click they are a full 20/20.

Weird. It's probably a glitch, but if you have or can get screenshots, it might be good to submit a customer support ticket.
