Who Should I level next?

I have max leveled X force, hood, C.Mag, Devil Dino, Thor, Punisher. I have max cover for BP, Hulk, Mystique, Cap, Falcon, psylocke, GSBW, spidey. Who should I level up next and if possible by priority?

BP -Maybe, but your XF will be using black usually

Thanks for the reply... was thinking of maxing Mystique too.... I also thought that cap and falcon for PVE purposes only... As for Lazy daken, i have almost full black and blue and not even 1 purple yet

actually, hulk and cap are really good to put on defense on pvp, specially if they have the right build (535 and 355).

If Mystique is 5/5/3 she'll be a very good partner for XF I'll guess but you already have hood and mags to run with him.
It really depends if you want to have somebody for PVP or PVE.
If you're struggling in PVE (a max XF might cause some problems with scaling) I would go for Cap. Hulk and GSBW are nice to have for PVE too but a XF & 5/5/3 Mystique team is defininetly a skip for me in PVP.

uh my mystique is 4/4/5 now ... i always run x force/ c.mag and hood in pvp... maybe i should respec mystique when i have covers.... cap and falcon saved me a lot of time in pve... i think ill go with mystique > cap > falcon > hulk in that order?

I would agree with that order. Or maybe put Cap to the front of the line. Cap is amazing in PvE, especially paired with Hood.

You don't necessarily need to put iso into into Falcon.
I use him, Doctor Doom (as black battery) and IM40 (as blue/red battery for obw/mnmags against goonfights) quite often but their levels are still 40, 66 and 40.

Also Falcon is a specialist for guys you haven't leveled yet and can't be put in most teams like Hulk or Cap.

I would say that Hulk, BP and even Psylocke should be over Falcon on your priority list.
Do you have all of them at optimal build? A 5/4/4 Cap and a 3/5/5 Cap are like day and night.

Assuming they have proper builds:

BP > LCap > Mystique > Psylocke > GSBW > Falcon > Spidey

However, since you have maxed XForce, assuming it's 553 build, LCap might be more favorable. It provides a strong red and blue to use from AP gained via Surgical Strike. And in non-featured Character PvPs, throwing in Hood will make a solid team.

ok thanks... yeah lcap is at 3/5/5 and bp is at 5/3/5... im gonna level up lcap then... after that maybe hulk and bp
