I came 1st on my alternate account in the simulator (overall) but didnt get any Falcon covers

    Have you opened a customer support ticket?

    Does that mean an email to D3 support, then yes 3 days ago, no response.

    Did you get an email autoresponse with a ticket number? If yes, respond to it to ask for an update. They do take a few days to get back to people, but it can't hurt to update the ticket. If not, email them again and watch for an autoresponse so you know a ticket is open.

    Still no answer to this, I got a response to my ticket about 4 days ago but nothing happened, still no Falcon covers and I missed out on the next PVE because falcon ws featured, pays to come first

    I still don't have my falcon covers, its been over two weeks now.

    How'd I miss this? :/

    Anyways, what I would suggest is PMing Hi-Fi your ticket number. He seems (from what I have seen) to have some influence there.
