Alliance Chat Problems (Updated**)

Alliance chat is not working properly for Android and PC players due to some problems in the recent update. We're very sorry for the interruption, and are working to fix it.

Update to follow as soon as we have one, but the engineers have made some good progress tonight in understanding the issue and are actively working on the fix.

*UPDATE (11/21/14):

A quick update to let you know that we are working on and testing through a few possible fixes internally and will continue to do so over the weekend. We'll have a further update on Monday. We're hopeful we can deliver some good news but cannot guarantee any solutions just yet. Thank you for your continued patience!

**UPDATE (11/24/14):

Hi everyone, thanks for hanging in there while we work to correct the Chat issues you are experiencing. As I write this, we have a potential fix for Alliance Chat in testing. We hope to get the fix out by tomorrow. Thanks very much and we'll provide more news soon.

A small update is now live for Android and PC players and we believe that Alliance Chat has now been fixed. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please chat away once again with your Alliance pals!
