Mystique's Masterstroke TU, error?

It's weird that they added that particular one or haven't edited the text for the TU

Usually when there is an effect by the character or on the Character that TU is not available. Like IM40 yellow, or Sentry's Sacrifice

But Masterstroke had a different effect if Mystique is Shapeshifted which can never happen because you can't select a TU if you are starting that character.

    But if you're not using Mystique you could use both a Shapeshift and a Masterstroke TU in one match.

    shapeshift works on mystique and you don't have one I don't there will be a TU for it
