Let us trade 3*s for Heroic and/or Event tokens

I get a lot of useless 3*s - many more useless ones than useful ones, now. If I could trade them for a Heroic or, better, event token - rather than 500 ISO - it would mean that I at least have a chance, however small, of getting something useful, and, admittedly, half as much ISO most of the time.
