'Demote' in alliance founder view --

Now that all 20-slots are free, and we are getting our slot-buying HP refunded:

How about we revise the roster view screen for the alliance founder so that the greyed out 'promote' button can turn into a 'demote' button for existing commanders.

The existing rationales for forcing us to keep commanders no longer apply.. they have no skin (HP) in the alliance, the only person who has HP invested is the founder. Promotion is a handy tool so you don't have to do all the recruiting and kicking of non-commanders, but (in the current world) command positions should still be 'at the discretion' of the founder.

    That's only valid IF the founding commander is still with the alliance. How many commanders left for greener pastures when their alliance became too casual or hardcore for them to manage.
